Uniform Order and Information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

 BEFORE COMPLETING THE ONLINE UNIFORM ORDER FORM PLEASE FULLY READ ALL THE INFORMATION PRINTED BELOW ALONG WITH THE LINKS TO OUR SIZE GUIDE AND PRICE GUIDE. 

TOTAL AMOUNTS FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT VIA INVOICE. 

• Please find the online order form at the foot of the page for completion once you have worked your way through the school uniform policy. 
• Once a completed order form has been received it will be processed between the hours of 10.00am and 2.00pm Monday - Friday.
• An invoice for the total amount including a £2.00 delivery charge will be sent to the email address supplied on the online order form.
• Orders will be placed with our supplier once invoice total has been paid in full, account details for payment are detailed on the uniform order invoice. 
• Your uniform order will be available to collect from the studio within 30 days of your invoice being paid.
• Please correctly measure your child for sizes, mistakes can not be rectified once an order has been placed, refunds/replacements can only be offered when an error has occurred by the supplier and not because the item is no longer needed or too small.
• Orders needing to be sent back to the uniform supplier will incur a £5.00 return package fee.
• Our bespoke made uniform can only be sent back if items are faulty, they are made to request.
• Please note all adult sizes include 20% vat

UNIFORM LABELING 

Please make sure ALL uniform items including shoes are clearly labelled with you're child's name.

• TEAM FESTIVAL UNIFORM - LEGGINGS & JACKET 
• OUTSIDE WEAR - TO AND FROM DANCE & WARM UP ONLY - T-SHIRTS, HOODIES, JOGGING BOTTOMS, JACKETS, VARIOUS SIZE/STYLE BAGS, ONESIES, OODIES, SLIDERS 
  

All the above items are made to order, this can take between 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, please bare this in mind when placing your order.

Refunds or exchanges can only be made when items are faulty and the school have been notified following the first wearing of any of the above items.
